For a long time, agriculture has been my passion and my area of expertise. Choosing among the wide range of possiblities available in the field of agronomy, I worked as a consultant in multinational companies where I developed a remarkable interest in small producers and extension. So, as a dreamer and an Agronomist Engineer I left Brazil to focus my professional interests in rural development through traditional and localized food production. Since then, I’ve lived in several countries such as France, Italy, Romania, Spain, Tunisia and Bulgaria either to study my Master in Food Identity or to explore the delicious world of flavors. Lastly, I’ve had a nomad lifestyle traveling with a backpack filled with comfortable shoes, magnetics, smelly cheese and people, certainly the seasoning of people is my best souvenir. I love people, I love food and now we share the full mouth taste of this passion together.
